Our Story
ADA-Management supports clients in strategical engagements across the supply chain and life cycle cost within aerospace & defence. ADA-Management addresses defence, commercial, business and general military segments. Our focus is on aviation, including both fixed and rotary wing, airframes, systems and engines. ADA-Management has extensive experience assisting companies that focus on OE or aftermarket production, maintenance, repair and overhaul.
Meet our CEO
Mamoun Alassaf
Mamoun Alassaf holds a master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Technical University in Berlin. He has a proven track record in the aerospace industry since 2010, beginning his professional career as a Maintenance Officer in the Royal Jordanian Air Force. Following on from this, he joined the largest defence Programme in Europe; the Eurofighter Typhoon Programme.
He has held various senior management functions within the defence industry, giving him a broad range of experience and enabling him to demonstrate his high commitment, result-driven approach and excellent leadership, account management and programme management skills.
His vision and drive to build solid client relationships together with a dynamic and pro-active approach has proved itself in developing skilled performance driven teams. He possesses a unique ability to align different cultures, maintaining relations and resolving conflicts to achieve targets quickly even within the most complex and pressured environments.
